Taste of Mississippi: Homegrown Hunger Relief

One of Stewpot’s largest fundraisers, the 19th-annual Taste of Mississippi: Homegrown Hunger Relief is scheduled for Monday, March 26th from 7 to 10 p.m. at Highland Village.
This year’s event offers culinary delights from more than 35 area restaurants, a live and silent auction, and live music.
The cost of the event is $50 in advance; $60 at the door. Advance tickets may be purchased at Be-Bop Record Shops, the Everyday Gourmet, select BancorpSouth branches, Ooh La La or by calling Stewpot at 601-353-2759. Or you may purchase tickets online by clicking on the PayPal button above.

The Live Auction, featuring auctioneer Jim Wilkirson, will begin at 8 p.m. in the Atrium.
Silent Auction
The Silent Auction will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. and features local art, dinners, merchandise and vacations.
Volunteering
We always need volunteers for the night of the event. Volunteers bartend and pour wine, register attendees for the live auction, take up tickets, and help to replenish restaurant supplies as needed. In return for working a two-hour shift, volunteers purchase their tickets at reduced cost of $25 each.
