Stewpot Food Pantry Volunteer Interest Form

The Stewpot Food Pantry is expanding its hours to help meet the increased need caused by the suspension of SNAP benefits. We expect to see a higher number of families coming through our doors, and we’re doing what we can to make sure no one goes hungry during this time.

Staring on Monday, November 3rd, the Pantry will be open for both morning (8:45–11:30 a.m.) and afternoon (12:30–3 p.m.) shifts, and we need extra hands throughout the week to help with the following tasks:

  • Restocking and organizing shelves (both shifts)

  • Answering and returning phone calls (both shifts)

  • Checking clients in for pantry assistance (both shifts)

  • Assisting shoppers in the pantry (both shifts)

This expanded schedule is temporary — just until SNAP benefits are restored and folks have the resources they need again. Until then, we’re asking our volunteer community to step in where you can.

If you’re available to serve, please complete the signup form below. Thank you for being part of this response. Every time you show up — whether behind the counter, on the phone, or helping someone find what they need — you remind our community what love in action really looks like.
