Arts & Crafts Vendors
Thank you for your interest in becoming an Arts & Crafts Vendor at the BankPlus Red Beans & BBQ Festival benefiting Stewpot Community Services!
Our festival celebrates creativity, community, and Mississippi craftsmanship. We are seeking artists, makers, and small businesses offering unique, high-quality products that enhance the festival experience for attendees.
Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your application
Guidelines

Arts & Crafts Vendors should primarily offer:
Handmade artwork and crafts
Original artwork, paintings, prints, and photography
Pottery and ceramics
Woodworking
Jewelry
Textiles and fiber arts
Home décor
Candles and soaps
Leather goods
Specialty handmade gifts
Seasonal and specialty artisan products
Preference will be given to vendors selling handmade, original, or locally produced items.
The Festival reserves the right to limit duplicate vendors in order to provide shoppers with a diverse marketplace.

The following items are generally not permitted:
Mass-produced merchandise
Counterfeit or trademark-infringing products
Weapons or weapon accessories
Tobacco, vape, or CBD products
Adult-themed merchandise
Political campaign materials
Items deemed offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate for a family-friendly event
Festival organizers reserve the right to request removal of any product that differs significantly from the approved application or is considered unsuitable for the event.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed based on:
Product quality
Originality
Overall presentation
Variety within the marketplace
Space availability
Photos of your products and booth setup are strongly encouraged and may be required during the application process.
Accepted vendors will receive an email with payment instructions and additional event information.

Each vendor space includes:
One 12' × 12' outdoor booth space
Vendors are responsible for providing:
Tent
Tent weights
Tables
Chairs
Displays
Extension cords (if electricity has been requested)
Vendors are responsible for transporting, setting up, operating, and dismantling their own booths.

Vendors must arrive during the designated load-in period from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Cars will not be allowed to bypass the barricades to unload at their site after 10:30 a.m.
All booths must be completely set up before the festival opens at 11:00 a.m.
Vehicles must be removed from vendor areas before attendees arrive.
Early breakdown is not permitted.
Vendors are expected to remain open for the duration of festival hours.

The festival is a rain-or-shine event. Vendors should prepare for varying weather conditions, including rain, wind, and heat. Tents must be properly weighted for safety.

While festival staff and volunteers work to maintain a safe environment, vendors are solely responsible for:
Merchandise
Equipment
Cash and payment devices
Personal property
Stewpot Community Services, Belhaven Town Center, sponsors, volunteers, and property owners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Vendor fees are non-refundable. If a vendor cancels after acceptance, the booth fee cannot be refunded. Requests for booth fees to be transferred to another vendor can be sent to ceason@stewpot.org.
